All orders received by 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered as follows: -

Standard (Mainland UK) – 3 to 5 working day delivery using Business Post (UK Mail) or Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery is FREE for orders over £100. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of ordering.

Express (Mainland UK) - Next working day delivery using Business Post (UK Mail) or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery will normally be made by 2pm the following working day. Saturday deliveries are also available using Royal Mail although this may be limited during strike action and, if a Saturday delivery is required, please specify in the Order Comments box.

Standard for Europe - Delivery normally within 3 to 5 working days via Business Post (UK Mail)/Royal Mail or one of it’s working partners - normally the postal service in the country of destination.

Standard for the rest of the world  - Delivery within 5 - 7 working days using Business Post (UK Mail)/Royal Mail or one of it’s working partners - normally the postal service in the country of destination.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, U.K. Public Holiday or later than 4.00pm on weekdays, will be processed for dispatch the following working day using the appropriate service as above.

Items are delivered by Business Post (UK Mail)/Royal Mail or, for international deliveries, one of their partners and a signature maybe required. Please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery (e.g. work address, neighbour).

The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.
