Grandala London  announced that it will open a flagship store in Covent Garden. The luxury accessories and handbag brand will thrill and dazzle its many high street fans by offering a fine collection of handmade luxury leather handbags  at the store as well as some exclusive in-store footwear and jewellery items.

Grandala is known for its use of high end materials, detailed craftsmanship, and fashion forward designs and is a luxury brand that focuses on elegance and substance. The range was created by Helen Thomas who gave up her career as a lawyer in order to launch her fashion dream. Her aim was to create pieces that captured the style of each individual patron.

Gerard   Zimmerman, Grandala managing director says, “Grandala is not simply a British fashion brand, it is a way of life. By opening our new Covent Garden store, we hope to spread the Grandala philosophy and grow our brand to a wider audience. With more than 400 stockists worldwide, our flag ship store is the next step for the Grandala brand and a chance for on-trend fashionistas to discover never before seen items by Grandala designers.”

Crafted using top grade, velvety soft cow leathers and an all-natural, chemical free tanning process, Grandala’s exclusive range of shoulder bags, totes, satchels, clutches, purses and more couples uptown elegance with downtown style. The Covent Garden store also stocks the brand’s range of men’s bags and wallets.

With each item custom designed in the UK, Grandala blends up-to-the-minute British design with fashionable elegance to create one-of-a-kind pieces.  London shoppers can expect to see a truly inspiring in-store collection full of exciting limited edition designs, hand stitched detailing, vibrant colours and striking contrasting linings.

Buyers can complete the look with the brand’s exclusive range of jewellery handcrafted using real flowers, vintage spoons and raw cut semi-precious stones. A hand painted range of cow skin loafers will also make their global debut in the flagship store.

Helen Thomas creative director says, “I have a passion for designing unique accessories and seeing them come to life in the hands of skilled artisans. This creates a sense of inspiring luxury that is nurtured by the fact that everything we do is handcrafted and unique. Whether it’s handbags, jewellery or footwear, we strive to offer our fashion forward customers an exclusive couture experience that simply cannot be found elsewhere on the high street.”

In-store luxury leather handbag prices range from £99-£240, giving customers affordable investment pieces and timeless designs at accessible price points.
